Making monotype and relief prints, often incorporating the silhouette as a timeless human presence, led me to direct printing on fabric. Later I began manipulating photographs of my prints to create digitally printed fabrics. These images also became the catalyst for sewn and quilted works.

Into the Blue, 40” x 40” Gelatin plate monotypes, wood, acetate, and marker. This print has two levels of imagery, one behind the acetate and the other drawn directly on the acetate, 2023.
